After the date of delivery, we offer 4 days of hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please note that it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the returned item(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pickup services where available.
There will be two pickup attempts by the courier partner. If the package cannot be collected after these attempts, it must be returned to our business address. Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your area's PIN code.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once the returned product has been received, store credit will be issued to your registered email address or phone number within 1–2 business days.
Please ensure that all returned products are sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for products that are damaged, visibly used, worn, or not in their original condition.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
Important Notice: Only prepaid orders and online payments made through our website are eligible for refunds or bank transfers.
If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, you will receive the refund as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at any time.

Order cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
We do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, eyewear, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks, due to strict hygiene requirements. Ratnkamal reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify the list of products or categories covered under this policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
