Terms of Service

The customer's submitted bank account details are considered final, and Ratnkamal shall not be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.

If you do not receive your order delivery status via SMS or email, please contact us within 24 hours.

While the product(s) are in the customer's possession, they must be handled with the utmost care. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, along with all original packaging, documentation, and instructions.

If, within 24 hours of receiving the product(s), the customer contacts Ratnkamal via WhatsApp or Instagram with details of the product and any damage, and believes that the product does not meet the expected standards at the time of delivery, appropriate return or replacement instructions will be provided.

Once the returned product(s) are received, we will thoroughly inspect them. Within a reasonable period, we will notify the customer via email regarding their eligibility for a refund, if applicable. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible and, in any event, no later than 30 working days from the date we send the email confirming the customer's eligibility for a refund.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
